    Weekly online check-ins to reflect on progress and receive support and feedback each week.

    Recipe resources, that are easy, balanced and delicious. Suited to your individual needs and eating preferences.

    Messaging throughout the week, for asking questions, feedback on meals and support. Basically, a nutritionist in your pocket at ALL times that you have access to whenever you need to support you!

    Competition/Event Day specific nutrition guidance and tailored plans to perform your best, at no extra charge.

    Minimum 12 weeks commitment. This is no quick fix, but making long lasting changes and building sustainable habits to keep with you. Continue month to month after the initial 12 weeks.

    A detailed individualised nutrition plan tailored towards your goals, needs, and preferences. Including training nutrition and supplement advice, where relevant.

    Recipes that fit your needs and preferences, as well as easy meal and snack ideas.

    Knowledge on how to eat to nourish, fuel and support your body, improve recovery and optimise your performance, both in training and daily life!

    Guidance and support to help you build a more positive relationship with your food, exercise and your body.

    Learn how to build healthy habits and tools to feel empowered with your nutrition, that are realistic, enjoyable and sustainable in the long run!

  • A 30 minute 1:1 review session via Zoom to receive ongoing support, accountability and guidance with your nutrition and health goals.

    We will discuss your progress, problem solve any challenges and barriers that come up, make adjustments to your nutrition plan and continue making changes towards moving forward with how you fuel your body!
