Peaches and Cream Baked Oats
Another baked oats recipe?
I am not even sorry. I have been on such a baked oats kick lately, not only are they super delicious, easy and versatile…but I find them just that little bit less filling than regular porridge oats, so I can eat more. Yes that is a good thing in my case!
Either way, they are VERY satiating and this combo of juicy sweet peaches with creamy yoghurt is just heavenly!
This recipe makes 1 serve.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
1-2 tbsp vanilla plant protein powder
1/2 cup plant milk of choice
1 ripe banana
100g tinned peaches, or 1 fresh fresh peach
2 tbsp vegan yoghurt
Hemp seeds, to serve
Method:
Add oats, protein, baking powder, milk and half the banana to a blender.
Give it a 2 second blend, then stir in your diced peaches and pour into an oven safe bowl or large ramekin.
Bake in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 180°C, or oven for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Top with yoghurt, remaining sliced banana and hemp seeds!
